Studio Space
Our studio is 1200 square feet and is 30 feet deep and 40 feet wide. There's a killer sound system which can be linked to the house or used individually.
The studio and lobby are connected by phone with independent climate controls and wireless internet. All street shoes are allowed.

Rates
Studio hours are 9am-10pm
Lounge $100/hour
Filming $150/hour
Studio $70/hour
Entire facility negotiated per project.
Outside of studio hours:
10pm-12am time and a half
7am-9am time and a half
12am-7am double time
A 24 hour cancellation policy is strictly enforced.
MC/Visa/Amex accepted
50% payment due upon booking

Sexy on Sundays
In 1984 Whodini informed clubheads that “The freaks come out at night”... but in 2008 the “freaks” come out on SWEATY SUNDAY’S!!! Every Sunday at 12 noon LA’s hottest eastside trendsetters pour into Foresight Studios for choreographer Ryan Heffington’s eclectic open-level dance/fitness class.
Wet on Wednesday
Wednesdays at 8pm are equally slippery with round two of Ryan Huffington's infamous dance/fitness class.

The Kitchen
The Lounge opens up into a full size kitchen which can be used to heat snacks and meals, spread out pizza boxes or to have a private chef cook for your entire production and crew.
Foresight also provides free Wi-Fi and access to our fax/photocopy machine in the lobby.
